If BLACK was a fragrance, scent, or perfume, what would it smell like?
The color black makes me think of the licorice sticks (gummy) that we ate as children "way back when." Since I like the scent of licorice (which reminds me of anise), a touch of it added to other scent notes might not be bad as a perfume. I've read that the fragrances of pumpkin pie and cinnamon have an amorous effect on men, so who's to say licorice/anise wouldn't do the same? I think most younger women wear fragrance to please males, while older ones wear it to please themselves. Either way, it's a win-win.
Black reflects, the unknown, darkness and mystery. I think it would smell very musky! Well that's how I feel about the colour!
Love the question!
