   Not perfume but Jergen's lotion and some kind of cold cream she used.  It wasn't Pond's but the fragrance is the same.  Takes me back.

      duffsmom, Ponds, now that takes me back to a lady I knew who used to say that it by using the product one would grow a moustache.  Not a smell this time and certainly not a recommendation!  Thanks for the comment.

   Definitely. Thymus perfume and hand creams.

      Delicious, chocolate chip cookies, my own food memories are of home made bread and little children all kneading their own piece of dough at the kitchen table. Smell sure do open the memory bank!   Thanks for sharing your memories.

   Oh my gosh, yes! They say scent is the sense that contributes best to memory recollection. My mother used to wear Exclamation, Frangipani, Sunflowers, Vanilla Fields... any one of those smells makes me think of her. Sometimes they can bring me back to a specific age.

      Those fragrances certainly do belong in a specific age - bit like Blue Grass which I still love and use today.  Such a soft and subtle perfume.

   My mom frequently wore Poison perfume by Christian Dior when I was young, so that scent is definitely the one that reminds me of her!

   my mum always loved fragrance as I do. Her favorites were soft floral femmine scents and she always had a bottle of L'air Du Temps by Nina Ricci and Diorissimo by Christian Dior.
