    Do you trust eBooks?

eBooks save space and can all be accessed from one device, but how trustworthy are the companies who provide the access to these virtual reads?

When you read from an eTablet...the lighting messes with your brain and you can't sleep...when you read a book--you fall asleep--scientific studies have show this to be the case...are eBooks shady...no...but, are they good for you when you read in bed? NO!!

The only two sites I use to purchase e-books are Barnes and Nobel (NOOK) and Amazon (Kindle)-I see adds for other sites but don't always trust them especially if they want my credit card number.  I am more of the 80/20 ebooks to real book ratio.  I like the ebooks since I can carry either my kindle or phone and read anywhere and have numerous books saved.  But I do find a bargain book somewhere at a garage sale.
