Dante Alighieri, 14th century author, is known for THE DIVINE COMEDY.  The book describes fictional sojourns to hell, purgatory, & eventually heaven.    The book aptly details the people in the three places & the acts they committed to be there.   Now, it is game time.  What people would you place in hell, purgatory, & heaven & why?

      ... what people, indeed!?

I would never dare to guess a person's fate!
This challenge does not look like "fun" to me, gmwilliams!

okay, well, you asked for it:

All those who would murder an innocent newly conceived soul will go to hell.
Actually, I'm quite sure that if you murder your fetus, you will experience the same, the next time YOU try to get back into a human body, (when attempting to reincarnate.)
That experience will not be heaven for you. How will YOU like being ripped apart and then sucked out of your mother's womb? And yes, a fetus can feel pain.

So are you saying the fetus being aborted is potentially being aborted because that fetus did the same to another when she was an adult? So the mother who has to abort to fulfill the requirement is fulfilling a necessity but damning herself for the next life?

      Sounds complicated.

Am I? I'm just applying some simple logic to the way things are meant to be according to your beliefs. I know that logic and beliefs don't go together, but I had to ask.

Lobrandon, I put the post up just to have fun & use your imagination, nothing more, nothing less.  In your purview, using Dante's The Divine Comedy, who would you place in hell, purgatory, & heaven.  The purpose of this post is to have fun.  It is a game.

Orange is the new black. Asking questions is fun, I was having fun and using my imagination based on someone's replies.

Those who DO NOT conceive a child BEFORE they are ready to provide a warm, loving home will be in heaven while on earth ...
and go to heaven afterwards, as well ...

Purgatory awaits those who have unresolved issues, unfulfilled desires or regrets regarding their time on earth.

I would hate to say where anyone could end up.  Only, they, themselves could possibly know.

it is possible that some fetuses have this sad fate / Karma. It possible that others don't at all. Whatever the case, our use of this technology which enables us to remove poor souls from their mothers' womb is very sad. Why do we have to be so stupid as to conceive
before we have made a nest?
    Stop with the oopses already!

Women just need to keep the nickel between their knees. especially when they meet Prince Charming
    ... who isn't really.

My beliefs are based on logic.

    Now, back to having "fun."
Who would you send to hell?
    How about George Soros?
... well, he is going there with or without anyone sending him.

who shall we send to heaven
    How about ...

    Me? smile

and all dogs and cats, well most of them,

    and
          ???

I hope John Lennon, George Harrison and and Elvis ended up there.
and Tom Petty and Prince, Leon Russell, Joe Cocker, on and on ...

and Maria Montessori and every president of the United States who serves (and served) this country.

Even Trump. smile Because Trump respects the Constitution and understands what will keep this nation on a course of prosperity and liberty for all.

Basically, we need to read Dante Alighieri's book.
Then we might be able to undertake this rather challenging assignment.

You are on the right track.  You have a gist of what the book is about.
