I waved him goodbye as he rode away in the old beat up truck. Never knowing it was going to be our last. He stuck his head out to give a final wave, not knowing that a truck was parked just ahead. He was just about to put his head back in, when his head got crushed between the two trucks. And there goes my sweet friend, but I never get to say another goodbye.

She didn't want to go to school that morning, and she begged her mother to let her stay at home. Her mother wouldn't let her. They argued and yelled. She told her mother that she wished she was dead. Her mother  dropped to the floor.

Once upon a time, the people of America forgot how to raise their children with love and intelligence, as they had lost all common sense. In their pursuit of material wealth and possessions, they had forgotten the true American dream: freedom, justice and equal opportunity for all. They forgot that the constitution of the united states of America protected the citizens from injustice and that laws, once made, should be followed and upheld. The children were also taught that the rich have unfair advantages and that others were to take from the rich. Then, the children took it a step further by destroying all that had enabled its people to be free, live in harmony and work for a better future.

That was deep! A call for transformation in a world of misplaced priorities. Truly horrendous!

Once, there was a woman who was bitter and old. Her life had not gone the way she had planned. She had tried to get back at her step-mother her entire life, due to the woman's cruel treatment of her. She ended up marrying a man who became an alcoholic and thankfully, he died after twenty years of miserable marriage. Finally, she was free and happy, but then her father died and she was required to go home to take care of her step-mother, after only a year of freedom.

      Moral(s) of this story:
Don't think getting back at others will bring happiness
or that freedom will last forever.
