    Bill
Wow!  I don't think I need to live in Washington because too many rainy days doesn't please my mood.
Happy to hear December will be better for you.

I love Ann's idea for her novel.  Goodluck Ann.

I can't wait until my time frees up a bit, so I can try some of this freelancing.
I feel like I'm unable to make a commitment right now with so many different things diverting my attention.

But I'm glad to hear the market is out there for us writers.

A drone?  Please explain more...like what are you two going to do with a drone?
My only advice...watch out for  the trees.
Our neighbor had one briefly, but his hit a tree.  Needless to say it got caught in the branches, way up high and was damaged.

Take care and have a wonderful week.

Great advice, Brenda! It's always good to look out for trees.

I'll probably write an article in the near future about the drone and our plan, so I'll wait until then to answer your question but hey, if nothing else, they make a great toy for an adult kid. LOL

I am sorry to hear of your November weather, Bill. I enjoyed the Mailbag, as always. I think Ann will write a good book.

Thanks for posting the Mailbag, Misbah.

Great to see the mailbag, Bill.  November here in western Massachusetts was actually very nice.  It has not snowed yet, although that may change this week.

I am very curious about the drone and your plans for it.  I’ll take a guess and say it has something to do with your plans to travel the country next year.  Maybe to provide unique photos and video for a blog as you tour the country?  Whatever it’s for it’s definitely a neat adult toy.

You nailed it right on the head, Bill! That's exactly what we are going to do. I have a year to get us ready, get a website up, and start preparing videos. For sure the drone is going to be fun.

Having a drone to get overhead footage when you start traveling will be an asset.   As to owning one, we do not.  The flooding in parts of the northwest, including Canada, is horrific.  My heart goes out to all of those people and animals affected. Take care, and enjoy your December!

Thank you Peggy! The drone will give some great shots while we travel. As for the flooding, for now, it is done.

Good to see the Mailbag returning t grace our Mondays, well my Tuesday lol. Thank you for answering my question, Bill, and confirming my thoughts on the increased demand for freelancing. I also like Ann’s idea for her novel and sure she will make it work.
We have a small drone but so far haven’t had it outside the house. Still trying to perfect using the phone to control it. Will take it to a wide-open area soon so there is little danger of losing it for aa proper test run.
Glad the storms have gone. I think we also had the wettest November in 100 years, and more rain predicted. Have a great week.
