   Beautiful article on the true meaning of love, Vanita. I enjoyed reading it. It was nice to read about Savitri Satyavan and the significance of the Vat Savitri vrat performed with so much devotion all over our country. Valentine's day is a celebration of true unconditional love rather than following a celebratory ritual with a loved one. Thanks for sharing Chitrangada. Have a great weekend.

      Thanks, Vidyaji for your thoughtful comments. True, celebrations just for the sake of flowing along with the trends don’t make sense. There should be proper understanding, commitment and resilience  in relationships. Then every day would be Valentine’s Day.
