   Great article, Ravi. I have always been interested in palaeontology and archaeology so knew about the Piltdown Man fake, but I still enjoyed this interesting write.

   This is a very fascinating story Ravi. Palaeontology can be very interesting, but I am glad they discovered that the Piltdown man was  fake.

    I remember my father telling me about the Piltdown Man when I was a child, but I don't remember the details. Thank you for sharing the information, Ravi. Your article is interesting as well as informative.

    Thanks Ravi for writing about this historic hoax.  It is a shame that some people will go to extraordinary lengths to gain fame.  In this case, it backfired, but it set science back for a time. Thanks Chitrangada for sharing this article.
