It is getting towards the end of winter here in Australia, but I enjoyed reading this piece, Pamela.
It's interesting to read. Learn one word there, Latin word. Good work Pamela.
Thanks for posting my poem, John. I think many of us are ready for cooler temperatures. I am glad you enjoyed reading, John.
This is a very beautiful poem about ending summertime. Yes, we all have had our share of summertime and now certainly would love a bit of cooler temperatures. Thank you for sharing, Pamela.
Thank you, John, for highlighting Pamela's work.
Thank you Ogundare for reading and commenting. I am glad you continue to write. I always read your songs and listen to them.
Rosina, I appreciate your thoughtful comments. I think there has been a lot of very hot temperatures this year. I hope all is well with you.
Like you, Pamela, I look forward to the cool autumn weather. I have already had too much sun. I have avoided the dock for a few days now. The sun is totally damaging.
John, you’re lucky as Spring is soon to come.
Lovely poem, dear Pamela. It does feel like losing a friend when good weather changes. But we here happily bid adieu to summer as it has been too hot to bear. We look forward to the fall and spring more. Thanks for sharing John.
