   In your poem, We're You Born Under a Lucky Star?: A Poem you point out that if we count our blessings instead of our curses...we already know how lucky we are...we were born beneath a lucky star.
   
   We need to be grateful for all that we have just like your example of tying ones shoes.  We have eyes, hands and feet we can use.
   If you have 1 person you call your friend and you've bravely faced life's deck of cards then you are the type of person who knows how to accept and embrace a gift.
   Reading a poem and experiencing the touch of each word is truly a gift from one friend to another.
   
   Friendship and counting your blessings will carry you through life's troubled times if you realize they play an important role.
   
   Just look up...you we're born under a lucky star.
