Britt, we all have our unique voices, but we are all just tony dots of ink in this large community. Your voice as a writer is just as important and valuable as any among us.

      Hello Britt,
Nice composition about your thoughts and reflections.
It’s always enriching to read other writer’s work. We all learn from each other, and HubPages is a great platform to do so.
You are doing pretty good and I admire your work.
Keep writing. Wish you all the best.
Thank you for sharing this John.

    Hi Britt,

"More a reader than a writer," that is key to being an excellent writer.  As long as we are alive, we are able to continue on a path of learning.  That is what makes this site enjoyable.  While yours is a new voice, it has value.  Keep writing!  Thanks John for sharing her work with us.

Your piece beautifully captures the vulnerability and self-awareness many individuals, especially writers, experience. Using metaphors, such as grappling with inadequacy as a persistent companion and letting oneself be clouded in the words of seasoned writers, adds depth to your expression Dog Likes Best

The exploration of your role as more of a reader than a writer and the daily pilgrimage through literary landscapes creates a relatable journey for those who find solace and inspiration in the works of others. The acknowledgment of being a perpetual learner and each story as a small revelation resonates well, emphasizing the continuous growth of embracing the craft.

The imagery of seeping rich vocabulary into your being like the fragrance of perfume is particularly evocative. It paints a vivid picture of how the influence of others permeates and shapes your writing journey.
