Most stores do. Sometimes it's not the teapot that does the "dribble" it's the way it is poured. There are some really nice tea pots you can find online and you could go to a shop that specialized in dishes and fine china.

Does anyone know of a good mascara that will not run?I must have oily skin around my eyes because most eye liner runs, although I did find one finally that doesn't, but even any mascara I try always runs. Can anyone recommend one that will stay put?

Does anyone know what to do with an employer who doesn't pay?I gave notice in the beginning of October, tried to quit at the end, that's one full month not two weeks and then the guy begs me to work through November too.
