What is the best way to rid a landscape of voles without chemicals?
Please share any first-hand experience if you have been successful or unsuccessful using a particular method.

I think having a cat on the property would work very well. We live on 5 acre pieces here, and the neighbor got a cat and suddenly to problems with squirrels anymore. I would think it would work for voles, and moles other ground annoying critters.
Castor Bean granules that water into the lawn or garden act as a great deterrent. Once it has been watered in, there is no danger to pets. It is sold under the name of MoleMax.
The best way I know is get a cat that is a good mouser. My daughter stayed with us for awhile and she had a cat. The voles were gone.
