I'm not sure that you do, if they are separated then they both chose that path and would have to be the ones to unchoose it. Outside interference is a no-no unless it is sought by the couple who separated. As for the couple if one wants to reconcile and the other doesn't, I'm not sure there is much that can be done. Choose to be with a partner who wants to also be with you.
What if they both want to get back based on the kids they both have nd good memories but dont want to get back based on the fact that they have to be with one particular person. nd maybe family as well? @christin sander
It's still up to them to decide as a couple what they want, not for other people.
