   So you guys know how my husband and I have been looking for own place to buy and live. WELL It has happened!
   
   Our offer on a condo has been accepted and is now officially pending because of us. It is in Escrow! We just have to do the paper work, wait for the renters to move out, and then it is all ours. It is in Oceanside like we wanted and yes we would rather have a house but for now a condo is fine since we don't have any kids and won't be starting a family until a year or two so a condo is perfect for us. It's in a great location and a plus for hubby is we r close to the beach. I say hubby because I am one of those weird Cali girls who isn't too fond of the beach
   
   But still WE HAVE A PLACE!!!! Well almost but still!!!

    Ahh this is great news.  I told you that all would be alright and I still stand by that.
    
    I am sorry to have to break the news to to you that good things in this case actually will come in 4.
    
    1.     Clean bill of health
    2.     New Home
    3.     New Job
    4.     A wonderful day fishing in that ocean thats in front of your new place.
    
    I bet some days you just wished you wouldnt have told me about your hate for fishing.
    
    Anyways I know all will be just fine.  Your going to go to the doctor, get a prescription for some antibiotics and all will be good.
    
    Like I said you will kick it all in the ass.
