I don't feel TVI Express is a scam. Here's why. There is a product that is being sold. At the end of the day with any MLM program there must be a product. With TVI Express you are selling discount travel club memberships. You can approach your business 2 ways. You can simply sell memberships to the discount travel service. These people will simply take advantage of the discounts and call it a day.
You can also approach people looking for a business opportunity to make money. They will not only get and potentially use the product, but they will also recruit new members. Simply because there is a pyramid structure, does not always equate scam. Since there's not a physical product, people automatically believe that programs like theses are scams.
TVI Express claims to have a product, but most of the income is from recruiting, which makes it a close relative of the pyramid scheme.
The product they are allegedly selling is just a affiliate website through Travelocity (called Travelocity Partner Network, but in reality is just like Amazon Associates... feed the customers through, and get a piece of the profit).
Just because they have a website that is capable of selling a legitimate product in no way implies the entire operation is legitimate,
The red flags like "no names anywhere on website", the pyramid structure (not just one, but TWO of them!), that they moved out of London to Cyprus, even though they still claim to be a London company, all indicates a shady company.

I feel ashamed.I feel ashamed that my favorite place on the Internet takes part in ripping people of their money.I physically cannot go to every one of dozens of hubs that lie to people about this "wonderful invention". On top of this, some authors delete my comments, some do not allow...
