How do I make up a Legal Will? And what should I include in it?
The best way to make a legal will is to do it with an attorney. Attorneys do charge very little, but can help you formulate things in a way that they will stand up in court.
If you have special requests such as trust funds or some financial issues, then an attorney and a certified public accountant should cooperate to draw up a will that meets your needs.
You can always change a will at any time, but doing it through an attorney's office will make sure that everything is handled properly and that the correct will be available after your death.
