Building a team takes times. You got to be patience.
At the same time, try promote team work. When doing a task for example, make the whole team or majority of them to join.
You could also do team outing once awhile. Being fun and enjoying yourselves could promote team work too!
Team building depends on setting group objectives, allocating responsibilities , spelling out your expectations clearly, clear communication, commitment from the leader and other to achieve goals, listening, encouraging, reviewing and correction if needed
