If you engage in business with family you must not take advantage of the relationship but treat it even more seriously than any other business relationship. The importance of integrity is crucial. When I used to help people start their own business, we suggested never to go into business with family or friends because if something goes wrong it could ruin the relationship. Can you run that risk?
