What would be your favourite recommendation to a novice?

Easy, apply at Demand Studios if your are a Canadian, American or U.K. resident and they will pay you $15.00 per article if they approve your application. It is a website where you submit 'how to' articles, here is an example of one I wrote the other day: http://www.ehow.com/how_7801495_open-en … -seal.html

Write about products, more products, and more products; and do it well, and join amazon and also make those products available on your hubs, or info barrel articles, or both.  Join adsense, that's just common sense.

There are many more ways to earn online other than hubpages and other free writing sites. I personally work for an online business directory, like a yellow pages online kind of thing, writing blurbs about businesses and their products - working very few hours per week, I can earn up to $90(AUD) a week.
