Can we trust people nowadays in case of help with money?
One of my bro's best friends told me he need $4k to show bank balance, so he can renew his visa. I trusted him as he was from rich family but didn't knew he play poker. He gambled my money and later got deported as one of his victim complained to immigration. Now I won't get my money back. Recently one of my own friends asked money with me to buy a car and I denied because he can get loan from bank and he earns a lot himself. Now, he is not talking like before. Why is money so evil and breaks relations. It's so hard to know people nowadays, What do you think, should I have trusted him?
Don't ever mix family/ friends with business. And if you loan one money, do it with the expectation that it is gone. If they pay you back...great. If not then don't loan them money again.
You should never trust someone with money. Then, now, or ever. When people have something, they will eventually become dissatisfied and will want more. If they want something, they can learn patience and earn the money themselves.
Don't lend money to friends or family - you are not a bank. The problem is not money. Money is actually very good; without it we can't buy a loaf of bread at our favourite grocers. The problem is dishonest people.
And when it comes to investments, never hand your money over to someone else, an "expert" or "professional" to invest it for you or it will soon be all gone. Take the time to educate yourself and then invest only in what you understand and are comfortable with. Remember: no one can care for your money more than you.
That's right, I am not a bank. I save for my family and future home. But dishonest people are making it hard. They think I earn a lot and want help with money. If you give money, you have to chase them and if you don't, then they stop talking.
