Have you ever had to sue a friend or family member and why ?
I recently had to threatened to sue someone that I thought that I could trust ( I helped them with their car payment) and it broke my heart when they disappointed me. Have you had similar problems.
I once sue my best friend for not repaying back my money, its really a bad experience because from that moment onwards we don't even talk properly. I will suggest you threating is not a solution use some other means or influence them to pay you back emotionally.
