I know it's a small room and there are many reporting agencies but it appears the message is 'play nice' or 'get out', which is not the job of a reporter.
Bit by bit the lock-out by DJT WH is denying access to us, the people from the government’s official duties and business which is fundamental in a democratic society. Press conferences have become the major way to explain the intricacies of WH policies as the proposals make their way through the legislative process since WW in 1913. In a representative government, citizens expect to see their leaders respond to questions from others.
