It is the Washington Post title of the shooting. After the shooting in Colorado in the movie theater and all the suspicions raised as for the orchestration of the killing, I was thinking. Who would this profit?
If this kind of violence persists what will the people think? We are not secured. And how will they vote? Republican.
Now am I paranoid or this scenario could reflect our reality?
Fear makes people vote democrat and anger or hate makes people vote republican and the smart few will vote with their brain. These shootings may seem like they happen alot however they usually happen less than 10 times a year. Considering the number of people here I'd say we should all be thankful it's not more.
I was discussing this with a friend--why it doesn't happen more often, considering how tough life is--when I heard about this shooting.
Whenever you find yourself making a Republican vs. Democrat argument, regardless of which "side" you are on, you are serving the existing power structure. Echoing the tired polemic arguments of the "left" and "right" changes nothing. They are polemics because that is what ideology is. What kind of horrific leadership continues to exploit unsolvable issues over and over to get elected? Answer: bad leaders.
Good leaders solve the real problems. The ones that make the biggest differences to the most people. Stirring up everyone's emotions with the same old hot-button arguments, over and over, is just dividing this country for no reason.
What bothers me is that it happened few months before the election. Like in France, a youngster so-calledly killed 2 French Arabs and several French Jewish kids, one month before the election. Fortunately the French chose the left wing. The youngster's lawyer had proof of the police involvement in the affair!
It seems to be a pattern, there!
Well the theater shooting leaves some things left unsaid as well. I was told there were several reports of a second man with a gun and a person who let him back in the emergency exit. Yet the media stopped mentioning this 12 hours after the shooting. Why would they suddenly stop talking about important things like that? I agree. A bit much happening too close to election times.
The report I saw in the Denver paper said the exit door was propped open.
So therefore it is not paranoia and it does make sense! This tactic was used by Bush for his second mandate, I vividly remembered him manipulating the people by announcing Bin Laden's "return". And it worked, the mass voted for him.
What about 40 being killed in Yemen and 37 others wounded in a suicide bombing? Oh wait, it's not in the US, it doesn't matter.
I wonder why it was done, maybe he thought they were muslims.
Brown, turban, beard must be ay-rab muslim terrorists.
Yeah, there is so much anti-Muslim talking going on, especially fron Congress woman Bachmann, that you wonder why everyone isn't shooting somebody. I'd be posting a security officer outside my church, mosque, or synagogue if I was in charge.
Maybe or maybe the perpetrators want us to believe that Obama in matter of security is a joke.
I opine that they are just a lot of crazy people out there, if then the government turns around and uses these incidents for it's own purposes is a different matter.
Testament from a shrink: you got it. There really is a lot of crazy people out there!
My question was can my argument be factual or is it total paranoia? If it is a pattern therefore it becomes factual. And if it is factual therefore what are we to the eyes of people who allow those mass murdering to happen?
Good leaders only exist in few countries Latine America is a continent where they are mushrooming.
Let me guess, they are Hugo Chavez, Evo Morales, Kirchner, and company.
I feel if you were living there you would have a different opinion.
Conspiracy theories are always paranoia. You can always take a few select events and line them up and then call them evidence of something.
Fact 1: Joe had a Pepsi with his lunch.
Fact 2: Kevin had a Pepsi yesterday.
Fact 3: Joe and Kevin were carpooling to work and were hit by a train.
Conclusion: Drinking Pepsi will suck trains into your car.
True, but you haven't established that it is a pattern.
In your eyes, what "are" the people in every other country that allows mass murdering to happen? They happen in every country on Earth. Every single one. Some with far, far, far, far greater regularity, viciousness and glaring political motivation than the couple of events you've tossed together here and wondered if they might constitute some cabal.
I'm with rickylicea on that.
Would the people fight for Chavez's kidnapping if he did not do good to them? The people spoke and they got him back to his presidential seat!
People say that Cuba is a dictatorship. I went there and had a firsthand experience with the people. Although their everyday life is difficult (because of the U.S. pressure), they don't starve, they can have access to medical facilities for free etc...
The burning of the Reichtag, the Tonkin Gulf, Pearl Harbor, September 11, the Merah Affair in France to have Sarkozy be reelected, and those two killing attempts at the brink of an important election... The question is to whom does it profit? Your unrelated coca-cola example is good for the mass, for thinkers it just show your immaturity.
Yes, me and the mass of people who know what non sequitur looks like. You and your "thinking" friends can enjoy the delusion together over bong hits or whatever it is you do to come up with this stuff. Enjoy.
Gotta disarm the U.S. populance. Drones now flying for surveillance. Rex84 and Operation Garden Plot all ready to go. Drones all over the skies of America for 'security' soon. James Holmes, the Colorado shooter with an extensive family history of DARPA participation by his father and grandfather. Holmes himself participated in mind control experimentation in college. FEMA camps all ready to go and set up for the clean-up from Operation Garden Plot. Time to disarm the U.S. in adherence to U.N. gun confiscation 'treaty'. U.S. troops carrying out numerous exercises this past week unbeknownest even to local law enforcement in Massachusetts and Hollywood, Florida. Does this all sound like conspiracy theories? Unfortunately, all are true points and can easily be verified using the internet....until that is controlled and used as a propoganda machine.
Yes, this sounds exactly like conspiracy theories. BUT, you are correct that "true points" can be found on the Internet, or at least reasonable ones. Anyone who understands what a reliable source is, and knows how to find multiple reliable sources, can assemble information in a way that will enable them draw less ... hastily assembled and tenuously grounded conclusions.
So how long do we have? I've heard people say the same things for years now, and I've only noticed a very slight increase in the authoritarianism of the government.
There will always people who believe every negative thing they are told by people with an agenda...
Are you blind, don't you see that they diminish our freedom!
Is it a coincidence that the killer is a former U.S soldier (specialist in psychological warfare)? That is to say more inclined to act upon NEW orders from his hierarchic superiors.
Wow, and if it turns out he kept a pet turtle in his house, might he have been getting orders from Shredder?!
Now, we have a fair portrait of who you are. A kid living in the gaming world, where fantastic characters evolve, where you can shout at whatever target you are diected to... Don't stick to the reality, it will be harsh on you!

Why do Christians who identify as Republican think they have to agree with everything RepublicansSay? I understand many Christians vote Republican because Republicans tend to be anti-abortion, but why do they agree with what Republicans say about gun control, accepting refugees and other matters,...

I used to be a Republican. Staunchly. But, the sensible and fiscally responsible Republican party of my youth has been hijacked by a bunch of hypocritical shirt sleeve Christians whose greed and envy drives their opinions. Who can't keep their own houses in order so they attempt to bemoan that by...

Remind me again why we should vote Republican in 2016 ?Hispanics have been called murderers, rapists, and moochers by the front runner in the Republican primary, with the acquiescence of most other candidates which all together add up to about 80 percent of the voter support at this point . Given...
