I heard about this on the radio this morning, without knowing anything about the controversy. Hats off to the Huffington Post for adding the controversial side of the story.
Who is more concerned for the homeless; Joe who has given haircuts for 25 years or people who are concerned for the health of the people getting the hair cuts?

I assert the people who are concerned for the health of the homeless are good hearted people. But Joe's personal touch does more than a sterile environment could to protect them from illness. .
