Hillary's Deals

    Did you know this fact?
Hillary maneuvered a deal to the Russians while Secretary of State along with Bill? The deal was essentially brokered by Hillary and was run through the Clinton Foundation using Canadian-backed contributions as a cover.
The deal allowed the Russian’s to maneuver their way into the Continental United States as part of a vast and extensive plan to mine Uranium ore out of states like Wyoming and Oregon.
According to the New York Times in 2015 “Several leaders of the Canadian mining industry who have been major donors to the charitable endeavors of former President Bill Clinton and his family. Members of that group built, financed and eventually sold off to the Russians a company that would become known as Uranium One.”
Beyond mines in Kazakhstan that are among the most lucrative in the world, the sale gave the Russians control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States. Since uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for national security, the deal had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of United States government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton.
What exactly do these facts say to you?

      Jackie,
      This says two things:
      A. Hillary cannot be trusted, both as a public official and as a person.
      B. I WILL NOT or any of my family vote for such a double-tongued candidate for the Most-Powerful Office in The World.

Just want to say, you all keep saying the news media does not cover Hillary's sins, yet I have not read a single thing on these forums that I had not already known about.  Where the heck did I hear about it?

          Oh my gosh, the media!

Must be FoxNews, they really do have the news as it happens.

That is fascinating you believe that. There have been multle studies showing that Fox News viewers are the least informed and most misinformed.

Of course lesser News channels will say that. All I know is we have four Americans killed in Benghazi and news nowhere was telling us what happened, days and weeks and no word until someone told me about Fox and they told me plenty and still do. They break into any show at the very minute something happens, how can you get any better than that? Facts speak for themselves and I don't need anyone to tell me where to hear it as it happens because I finally know. Too bad you won't know it as fast. Your choice.

In order to have a better understanding of what is going on, including the views of the opposition, it's important to have an objective news source plus opinion news from both camps. On TV, Fox News has a right slant and MSNBC has a left one.  Editorial journalism is a good alternative. Keeping a balanced overview, helps make for a more intelligent decision. It's actually rare to agree with a candidate on every single issue.

I'm always amazed at how many people don't understand Fox News. It has a successful business strategy of appealing to people's conservative biases, which is why an overwhelming number of viewers are conservative Republicans.

Fox is not a news channel that seeks the truth. It provides reporting and commentary about the news with a conservative viewpoint. That's an important difference.

                  Pew Research:

"The Fox News audience skews more ideological than that of its two main competitors.

"Fully, 60% of Fox News viewers describe themselves as conservative, compared with 23% who say they are moderate and 10% who are liberal, according to a 2012 survey by the Pew Research Center.

"By contrast, the ideological makeup of CNN viewers (32% conservative, 30% moderate, 30% liberal) and MSNBC viewers (32% conservative, 23% moderate, 36% liberal) is far more mixed."

Interesting that liberals  not only believe in the fairy tale  but that they also feel the need to tell others to do the same  . Fox  has media accuracy and integrity  at least ,   I suggest  the Huffington Post for you or maybe  the other honest media rep , Jerry Springer !

Unfortunately, integrity is not a requirement for office. Neither candidate has been forthcoming. Here is a link to the Uranium One from the Annenberg Policy Center:http://www.factcheck.org/2015/04/no-veto-power-for-clinton-on-uranium-deal/

I read the article in your link and it says that Hillary did not have the power alleged in this question. That at best she could have forced it to the President but didn't. Ain't propaganda grand!

You are correct that she could have sent it to the President as could any of the other on the committee:

"The fact is, Clinton was one of nine voting members on the foreign investments committee, which also includes the secretaries of the Treasury, Defense, Homeland Security, Commerce and Energy, the attorney general, and representatives from two White House offices — the United States Trade Representative and the Office of Science and Technology Policy. (Separately, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission needed to approve (and did approve) the transfer of two uranium recovery licenses as part of the sale.)"

It was to make the Clinton's richer, no doubt about it and the Dems and Republicans are up to their eyeballs in dirty get rich quick deals is why they don't want a Donald in the middle of their muck to bring some fairness to the people for a change. I never liked him and I know he is full of himself but I believe he wants what we want. It is our only hope right now that I can see.

With all due respect, fact-seekers come from all parties. It has more to do with intelligence than political persuasion. Both sides are equally good at putting up slanted, fear-mongering rubbish. Politicians are basically corrupt, and Mr. Trump is not exactly exuding integrity either. For an ultra-conservative take on his agenda, check out the National Review and find out why many Republicans are bailing from the GOP. We need a real leader instead of delusion behind a monotonous tagline. I honestly can't stomach either candidate, and this is a very sad race indeed.

The hypocrisy  seems to know no bounds in the Clinton foundation .

I guess I was one of those people just being what my parents were but I am sure if they were alive today they would drop them just as I did to know they kill babies and want me to pay for it and are corrupting our country faster than we can see what is happening and infiltrating our country with drugs, criminals and now Sharia Law and Muslims who shout death to America and they just love them and lie left and right to cover up their sins. Well, need I go on?
I don't quite like how the republicans are doing either but I hope they see the people speaking. We are tired of this corruption of the most wonderful place on earth...or so it was.

Each morning for years I have channel surfed news outlets .   I used to , in the eighties and nineties ,almost totally believe in the neutrality of CNN .      Once  USA today was my  paper ,   CBS  news with Dan Rather ,    I have always been a news junkie .    Yet, today  as I surf still , I find only one  'fair and balanced "      balance- being the key source .

Fox news , although obviously right of center , IS the most balanced  in media accuracy and integrity !   Is it my only source   ?    No. but  given the alternatives , it has simply the  most complete covering of  ALL political spin. And lets face it , today most  breathe  in political spin .   Use your own head !    I will never let media make up my mind.

The media today is a total joke and obviously bought and paid for. I have heard there are a couple more besides Fox that will report the truth but I am just so thankful to Fox for clearing the Benghazi blackout for me and there is so much to choose from. I mean they always have the opposition which I am not so cray about but that shows just how fair they are.
Not a day goes by I don't tune into Fox and I bet the guys would really like it! lol

Wise advice to not let the media make up your mind. I choose to read news stories and editorials while my husband prefers TV.  I agree that Fox News digs into the political spin more than the mainstream media, and while it is a good starting point, it's still too slanted for my taste.

And they all are too slanted ,     I believe that there is a unwritten conspiracy to sensationalize  non-issues  to hide the lack of unaccountability  of Congress and senate in their actual responsibilities  . The Media  and Government  are a lot closer than we think .
