Here's a likely scenario if Trump wins (based on Bush's last term). Republicans don't like him, Democrats really don't like him. The House and Senate will become Democrat in the midterms and they will tell the asshole to F*** himself at every turn - if the Republicans don't do first - so his pipe dreams of building a wall, drilling for oil in national park and overturning the Johnson Act won't go anywhere. Won't matter because he'll be spending more time in court fighting rape, fraud and discrimination suits (a tad more serious than using the wrong email) than trying to fulfill his BS agendas. He's clueless when it comes to the Constitution plus he's against climate change so right there tells you that he has a hard time distinguishing fact from fiction just like his creationist vice president pick (or prick). Bush was confronted with the illegal immigrant issue. He chose wisely by letting the issue go since they took jobs (mainly agricultural) that no one else wanted. Yes, they are a drain on our outrageously expensive health care but they work, cheap saving a fortune in produce prices. He wants to make America great again. What is going to do, bring back segregation and lynching laws or file bankruptcy? The US Federal Government is not a business and not to be ran like one.
Actually US is a Franchises of Corporatism, not a Country. Trump carries the false image that he is the Savior of people from Globalists and new world order. When the time comes, he will go for the highest bidder.
So, the senate and house will stymie any efforts to get legislation through that Trump is for. Good. Proves my point that it doesn't matter which party is in power, the other will be obstructionist.
As to your comment on immigration. I love it. You think since they work dirt cheap they are a good thing. One step over slave labor, but hey. You get cheap produce so you don't care.
I've noticed many things about the typical Hillary supporter. Supporting her rarely includes thinking much through.
One must assume it is cheaper to pay the billions upon billions for illegal health care, schooling, increased car insurance, bigger jails and the people to run them and all the rest of it than it is to pay fair wages for farm workers and get them off the welfare rolls. Then it becomes obvious we need those quasi slaves.
That's the price he's willing to pay for .99 a head of lettuce.

I was disturbed by an article I had recently read. The main theme emphasizing similarities between the current administration and the period during the 1920's after WWI and before the deluge of Hitler's ascendency in Germany. Yes, the article is from Salon but its content is still food for thought....

Why isn't the presidency turning out to be as easy as Trump expected? And why did voters believe he could do things as easily as he said he could?
