No. The problem is too many people. And everyone's #%@#$ got to go somewhere. It is generally uneconomic to recycle. It uses more energy and resources than what is saved. If you are truly concerned about the environment, attack the religions and cultures that encourage breeding litters of human spawn without thought of consequence.
