In the Senator Column, It says in the sample ballot 'Vote for not more than 12', does this mean...
that if I would vote for only 5 Senators instead of 12 , my vote would still be valid? In other words, It's acceptable to vote for less but not more.Is that correct? Thanks!
Please be more specific. Are you talking about the coming philippine elections? If so then I think 5 votes will still be counted. Over voting wll not be counted.
