Obviously this varies according to each individual, but I can say that my husband and I certainly do, and luckily live in a town where most people are of the same mindset. We make sure to always keep our home tidy inside and out, and take along trash bags when we go on our evening walks to pick up any garbage we see. I never did understand the people who would refuse to take care of their neighborhood or rental because "it's not theirs" or "not their problem," because even a rented house is still your home, and the only way to have a nice neighborhood is to actively participate in making it so.

True..people often complain about how bad the waste management system in the locality is and put the blame on the local government. What they fail to realise is that they too are equally responsible.

In most cases we don't cause we shall be branded "socialists." In Uganda when the bill against homosexuality was tabled, some of the divergent views were asking, "why bother with what goes on in the bedroom of two consenting adults?"
