Is Sarah Palin in part responsible for the Tuscon massacre?

Due to the infamous November congressional map(since pulled), that placed 20 canidates she wanted defeated in "cross hairs".

This is one of the dumbest questions.  Of course not!  The guy is insane, and clearly was not any type of Conservative.  He was an avowed socialist, and also a reader of Hitler.  Remember, there are lunies on both sides.  For every example of right wing extremism and violence, I can think of examples of the Left as well.

I don't know about US politics or this Sarah Palin, I do know about behavior, no she isn't responsible, not even in part, politicians aren't responsible for how people act because those people don't agree with them, that way is madness.
It isn't possible for her, or anyone else for that matter, to get inside heads and twiddle little knobs about.  The person who pulled the trigger is solely responsible for his own actions, in the same way that we all are.  We may be dealing with another issue if the person concerned is mentally unstable, but that can't be attributed to one person, it is rather, a failure in society in general.
Too often do we hear the remarks from terrorists, or kidnappers, or other criminals, or their supporters, 'look what you made me do, you didn't follow my demands and so you have forced me to kill this person, blow up this building...'

why would she be responsible? the person who commited the crimes is the one responsible not some big mouth politician who might have said or done something that some nut took wrong.

    Not sure if she was....

Didn't they say on the News the guy had an accomplice that ran away...?

You saying it might have been her ?

Was she there and gave the guy the gun and said: “ Go pop her in the head and then kill and wounds as many others as you can...”

P-L-E-A-S-E !!!  Politicians have enough Goofy ideas with suggestions like this !
