face the fear, never look back, walk towards it, and focus on the light!
I gather strength and face it. My biggest fear was drive a car after accident. But after 2 years I somehow find strength for it. But my fear were overcame by need to drive my wife to hospital, in other ways maybe I would never overcome my fear. Thanks to my wife and her pregnancy, my fear of driving is gone.
Think about doing it, and then gradually do bits of it, before tackling it head-on.

I believe that it's better to face your greatest fear and fail than to never try to face your fear at all.

You may or may not have a greatest fear of anything. A lot of people do. I have set up a survey hub for all those who would rather NOT post that publicly. But for those of you who don't mind, post away.I guess if I had to put anything at the top of the list, it would be a fear of failure at life....
