   I wouldn't include mankind. We are a self serving destructive race putting ourselve above all other living things. Slowly and surely destoying the foundation which make this planet beautiful.

   I would eliminate social justice and instead refer to equal justice.  Everyone would be judged on their character instead of their color, religion, wealth, etc.
   
   Any justice delivered not based on the individual is an affront to justice and predjudices someone.  Which in turn divides us.
   
   Responsibilty for self.  If you screw up, you pay the price, no matter the reason.  If you succeed you reap the rewards.  We have so many excuses for people to not live up to their full potential, and so many penalties for success (people hate the wealthy and blame them for all that's bad in the world, bad behaviour is glamorized) it's a wonder anyone tries to be of good charcter.

   Sack all the politicians - this will remove the malign influence (by removing their stooge mouth-pieces) of the banks (who create debt out of nothing), oil companies, military industrial complex and bio-tech monstrosities.
   
   Give everyone access to a computer so that they can be consulted directly about how they want their tax money spent. And have civil servants run things on a day to day basis. If they don't deliver we can just sack them.
   
   Real freedom. Real democracy.
   
   Seize the day.

   People would STOP causing physical harm to their fellow man.
   
   If we could first stop this, we could place our energies on the mental and spiritual.
   
   Once we STOP tearing each other down, we can begin rebuilding our neighbor (hood) and then the world.
   
   Stop hurting each other!  Stop taking your neighbor's possesions.......stop attacking his wife and daughter, stop holding him hostage, stop making him your scapegoat......
   
   
   Let you neighbor be..............Once EVERYONE does this, we will ALL be safe.

   Everybody wants to change this present with their massive value thoughts. Everybody wants to become master of their own,even a dog guards their territory... So we human beings are the creator of everything,so .... we need to respect ourselves and others in equality. Otherwise we will also be the one to see all the ills.

   My answer applies to the U.S. only and the change I would make is the way that public assistance payments are distributed. The system I would install would reward individuals for working on jobs and penalize the able-bodied ones who refuse to gain employment.
   
   For example, when people on welfare would gain employment on relatively low-paying jobs, they would receive a sizable monthly supplement for as long as they worked.
   
   And so far as the able-bodied ones who refuse to go to work, they would be required to live in institutional settings while they are on the dole. They would not be allowed to have such things as their own apartments, houses, autos and TVs.

    That thing will be for all human to love one another as they love themselves. The truth is, everyone else love oneself so much, if we can only but apply same love toward others, this world will then make a whole lot of sense to us all.

    Spread love to one another. Learn the basic rule of baby when they are growing up - LOVE. Children are born innocent and we all should be from children to love one another and be satisfied of what we can have.
    
    We should stop wars and prevent disasters that are likely to be created by human being.
