Is it right for America to invade other countries and deliver 'democracy'?
someone has to? But who asked America to come in? Everyone knows why America invades this countries, for their own personal gain i.e. invasion of Kuwait for oil, Iraq for oil. So you tell me who appointed America world police, judge, jury and executioner.
I would like to know one time that the US has ever lived up to its promise of bringing democracy to another country. Sure we call the puppet regimes we establish "democracies". But where is the proof? I saw nothing but phony elections in Iraq and we all have heard of the election scandals in Afghanistan. We invade other countries in order to control resources or maintain hegemony, though we say we do it to bring democracy. That is the only way Americans will go in for it.

There are a lot of theories as to the collapse of the Roman Empire but one that seems to have legs they is that they over extended their resourses for far too many years and in directions that were not profitable for the empire.
