    Human will is the spirit, nature, and energy of one's life personality self. 

    As to your question on will, circumstance, and experience:

    All experiences are circumstances willed relative to the facts, as condition circumstances. All experience-circumstances are willed by the collective emotional desires which drive human action, deed and endeavor...

    You see discovery is an exploration experience...  This all leads to the fact that experience and circumstance are will words that have relative worth, they are aspect effects of each other, thus one's positive or negative emotion dictates the type of control one has over the circumstance, experience, and situation.

    Explanation: 
    1)   A fact is a condition circumstance
    2)   A discover is a exploration experience
    3)   An emotion is the product of the force of one's desire and one's will; as desire is powered by the emotion in accordance with the strength of the will; and one's will is powered by one's emotion in accordance with the force of one's desires

    The emotion of inclusive-love conquers all circumstance-experiences is the valid response for all occasions; inclusive-love, is selfless and civil; and no other quality qualifies in its place, it is the only truly-positive-emotion-expression of all desired circumstance experiences...
