Is Obama signing the "Global Internet Treaty" unconstitutional?
Obama passed the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement as an executive order, when intellectual property according to the constituion is governed by the congress not the president. This agreement gives countries such as China the abilitiy to remove ISP's in the United States without court order or any other justification.
Anti-counterfeiting, sounds like a good thing..........
Obama, frequently, bypasses the congress.
He, because of his actions, is not a friend of mine.
