    Is a Clone / Genetic-Donor union Incest?

    I know that human cloning is a banned science, but to put this genie back in the bottle when it does finally occur, will require state sanctioned euthenasia and that sounds unlikely.
    Without legal provision, no birth certificate would be possible. As an illegal alien, the cloned human might be able to get a passport from the U.N. and seek refuge status. If no legal framework exists, then no law could be breached by a clone/genetic-material-donor union. Children from such a union are another can of worms.
    Question prompted by Trajundos Hub - Adam and Eve go forth and multiply.

    I really don't see the legality issue.  Idential genes does not an identical individual make.  An individual cloned from a parent, for example, because of the nature vs. nuture aspect would be, in my mind farther apart in individuality than identical twins.  Even if two people have identical dna, that doesn't mean that environment doesn't create various manifestations of that identity, thus making it impossible to be identical.  You'd have to hear the exact same words, eat the exact same food, breathe the exact same air, etc. etc. etc. to be devoid of individuality.  It would be impossible to duplicate environment in that manner, at least from what I can figure out.
