Why is everyone bashing Obama is it political or just rasism? Has anyone ever made America great?
I know I'll have a lot of haters on this one but it makes no difference to me, I just don't vote...doesn't matter who I pick America still will be what WE make it.right??
I don't know the man personally so I can not bash him personally. I do not however like many of his policy views. I have no need to bash any president. I can and will however make my opinion known on election day.
It amazes me that people are onesided when the person they did not vote for gets into office. Never mind that Obama walked into the worse financial deficit that was left from the Republican pres. Mr.Bush. Never mind that we were already in war; never mind that the health care system was already unaffordable by most. And then, the crash on Wall street was a domino affect on the economy.
Why blame Obama for a mess that was already put in place by the Republican party? I'm not sure. Guess people have to find someone to pick on.
No one man has made America great. The people have made America great by coming together and even in the most difficult of times retaining the government without threats of coups or other activities so common in so many countries.
There was a quote on a television show once that said the U.S. government was the worst system possible, but better than any other country on earth.
Its the people, not the individual, that makes our country great.
Abraham Lincoln has made America great at once, but the succeeded rulers have spoiled its name. But still there exists people in America who are great and through them America is also becoming great.
I do not bash him and it is not racist but I do not like him. I believe that he is going around the Constitution and therefore going against his oath of office, which includes defending the Constitution. I believe that he is trying to change this to a Socialist country and I do not want one. I will get all kinds of down votes for this comment.
I also am really tired of him having all the crooks as his cabinet members. Research it if you do not believe it. He lies to us almost every time he opens his mouth and that has been documented many times.
I believe he is the biggest danger to the American way of life that there is. I am not alone in this belief and have never been political. It takes a lot to get me stirred up by something that a politician does. I think they are all fools, cheats, and liars. But I am doing everything I can to make sure that this man is not re-elected. And I would have voted for Cain, so it is not racism.
But doesn't socialism or entitlements already exist in this country? Examples would be social security, medicare, medicaid, disability, food stamps, government paid jobs, planned parenthood, and the list goes on. And these entitlements were in place
Social security is paid by us to the country so that we will have something when we retire. If Congress had not decided in the 60's to use it for other things, there would be plenty of money in the fund. As it is, they cannot pay it back in and there
@Becky Katz, but it's still socialism. Many earlier retirees got back a whole lot more then they put in. And what about the others I mentioned. No, socialism exists and continues to exist. So if you're so against socialism, all entitlements need to b
Hi Becky,
I agree with you about president Obama. I am not prejudiced either, but I don't want him as president. I also liked Cain. I pray Obama does not get re-elected.
Helen
What WE make it is principally orchestrated through the people WE vote for. I say you figure out who's who, what's right, and go and vote.
Some people are racist and others are not. I don't believe that everyone is racist and there are political motivations for having his policies look unattractive. We also have to remember that any President, Rep. or Dem. is going to have their share of naysayers in congress that will do anything to block their completion of various goals by simply voting against their policies. I agree with Larry Wall in that there is no one person (President or not) that singlehandedly made America great. It takes a far larger number of Americans of all colors, shapes political affiliations, and sizes to make changes and create opportunities. But to be sarcastically honest, voting for President is often like choosing the lesser of the evils.
For some it is political, but I feel for others it is racism. Racism still exists, and for anyone to say it doesn't, is kidding himself. All the Presidents, both Republican and Democrat have contributed to making America great. Maybe not by every decision made, but by a bill geared towards helping everyone.

Let's face it "Hilary for President" gets the Republican base buzzing like no other. We all know that the Benghazi Committee's specific purpose is to go after her and rip her competency to shreds. Then there is the big, bogus email fraud sting. I can see that she is a strong person and a...

Here once again Biden stands at a podium swings around his hands, and rants, seeking and appoint blame on American citizens, ultimately Republican citizens. Without cause, without proof of the motive of why or what possessed this nut job that attacked Paul Pelosi. Although in front of only a...

What do you think about Mitt Romney being the first president in U.S. History to have millions stashed in offshore Tax Havens. You know I saw this tonight and it really bothers me that we keep letting people like this run for the US President. I'll tell you right up front that I don't support the...

Ever wonder why we have to depend on the foreign press to find out what's "really" going on in our own country. It's a good thing that Obama and the democrats don't own the Canadian press.. Here is what Howard Galganov predicts for Barack Hussein Obama - PLEASE READ:...

With so much vocal an organizational opposition to President Obama and his policies (such as they are) after only 9 months in office, is such criticism warranted? Does the opposition reflect minority intolerance, or a fear of growing minority influence?
