What do you think is the best way to end crimes in the country?
I think that the best way to end or at least reduce crime anywhere is if people are receiving better education. When education received is good, people are in a better position to find a job or even become self-employed. Desperation and being hungry leads to crime. People are desperate or hungry because they have no money. If they knew how to find a job, and had the qualifications to find that job, or if they couldn't afford further studies but still learned or were taught how to be self-sufficient or self-employed, there is less chance that they would be desperate, angry, depressed or hungry.
The Chinese government has reduced crime rates there by killing and enslaving those who commit crimes, even in lesser categories. It's harsh but effective. I'm not recommending that approach, merely pointing out what has worked.
It is a myth, on the other hand, that an ever greater education establishment reduces crime rates. Educational levels in western nations rose dramatically from late in the nineteenth century to the present day, and so did crime. Today, unemployment is stubbornly high because jobs have been taxed and regulated out of existence partly (in substantial part, based on public budgets) to spend more on public education. Educating people for nonexistent jobs has no impact even were that fictitious correlation between crime and universal educational activity to exist.

Some say "war on crime is really war on poor people". What do you think of this statement? There is argument about crime as a result of areas neglected or segregated by the government. Is it true that lack of education has to do or is it a matter of manning up?

A white man walked into a church and shot down 9 people, including a pastor. Rightfully it is being considered a hate crime. The coward is still at large. Are you shocked that this happened in 2015?
