Why are people verbally attacking Democrats for Roe vs. Wade?
Roe vs. Wade was the abortion case of the century. It decided that the 14th amendment (the one that decided due process) extended to a lady's decision to have an abortion. It extended only under the state's right to keep the lady protecting prenatal life and protecting the lady's health. This was a supreme court desion that happened in 1973. Richard Nixon was the president in that year. Richard Nixon was a Republican. So, why are republicans of today against it? Why are they verbally attacking democrats for it?
It was brought back by Mitt during his campain i believe saying that that is the reason for thier stance, so now the democrats have to defend themselves from these allegations that ar.e totally biased in the first place
Because most people are ignorant of the checks and balances system. They believe that the President is a despot and do not understand that Roe v. Wade was a Supreme Court decision that the Executive branch has no control over. Republicans are mad that the rest of America is moving forward in time while they try to paint a fake 1950s picture of what the U.S. ought to be.

Why is there so much Atheism vs. Non-Atheism discussion/topics on here?Lately I'm seeing a lot of cruel to downright disgusting discussion regarding the topic of belief versus non-belief and I don't get it. Why can't we just respect each other without attacking ones beliefs.

The bible says not to lie. Why aren't they following the bible? Why do they feel the need to defend God? Or is it really defending their very narrow worldview?

So what is it exactly that theist find so abhorrent with theists. What is it about believers that fries their brain, palpitates their heart, wrenches their gut, chills their bone, and bends their psyche to the point of rupture?Converesely, what is it about atheists that they would spend so much...
