   Why is Hillary Clinton taking the blame on Benghazi?
   
   Apparently the buck stops with her and not Obama.  She is a good little soldier taking one for the team.  Obama must be so relieved that she pulled his ass out of the fire.

   Maybe she deserves it. We don't yet know because the administration is obfuscating. We have to recognize the possibility, though, that since Obama doesn't show up for most of his briefings he was ignorant of the problem.

   In the military, the commanding officer (the commander in chief) takes ultimate responsibility.  Honorable leaders take responsibility for others actions when things go wrong and give all of the credit to others when they go right.  Then vow to identify and correct the problems.  They don't blame others or make excuses.

   The Benghazi terrorist attack was a breach of national security, thus Hilary Clinton, as Secretary of State, took blame because it lies within her duties.

      Neither of the Clintons has ever done anything for nothing. She is not Obama's toady. Both she and Bill detest the man. She wouldn't have done this for him without powerful cause. Some day, we'll learn what her price was.

   One thought is that by taking the responsibility away from Obama and Biden, it won't affect the election.  I would imagine that her interest is in keeping a democrat in the White House.
