    Anyone taking on the Food Stamp Challenge?

    Bring it on!  It'll be good fun to pretend to be on welfare.  Let's not remind the sanctimonious that you're not supposed to depend on food stamps.  The program is supposed to be a supplement to your food budget. Anyway, take the challenge and post your results.  It'll be interesting reading at least to compare experiences.  I still have food left and don't want to waste it so I'll start on Saturday.

    I live on it every week. It's called living on a budget. I spend less than food stamps gives out for a family our size. I'm not sure why the media hype over all this. Anyone can buy food for one on $30 a week.

      Peeples, I agree with you.  I think you should write a hub about your weekly food budget which is less than SNAP to let everyone know it could be done.  The lapdog media and the sanctimonious obviously think it can't be done and want SNAP increased.
