Why do we trust politicians?
Since the beginning, being a politician has given you the reputation of being a liar. So, why do we still trust them?
Frankly, i have never met anyone who actually admits to trusting any politician.
Here is a group that is one of the most notorious for making false and empty promises just to get elected, and then turn around and do just the opposite.
I certainly would be interested in meeting and talking to anyone who says they actually trust any politician.
I agree with d.william. However, I think we trust that the opposite side will call out a wrong doing if it's in that party's (and our) best interest. At least I hope so.
I do not think anyone really trusts politicians. I don't, they will say just about anything to get you to vote for them. Think about it, do they ever really act on their promises? Not all do. I can's say that I trust them.
