   To Black Conservatives and/or Republicans, what are the 10 ways that the Democratic Party and/or
   
   Liberals impair, fail, and even destroy the Black mindset and community?  Give detailed, insightful, and analytical answers.

   Black people, women, Latinos and any group that they can call "minority" are being pushed down by the democrats so that they can run away with our votes.

   Good question. I can answer from what I have seen. They keep black people, just as they keep women, and Latinos thinking small. They want us to be so hung up and focused on our gender/color that we don't really look at the real issues, regarding how we can get ahead; things that matter.
   Being strong is hard, but it pays, being weak is easy, but, it pays the democrat politicians well.
   If black people are only thinking that they have no rights, and that they can't do anything to better themselves, they will think that they need someone to get in office and give them things; this gives crooked politicians free rein.  Something liberals hate is a successful black person who has picked himself up and truly made something happen for himself, because that is evidence to the black community that they have control of their own lives.  The victim mentality gives a victim permission to be a failure, so, when liberals give black people an excuse for being poor, many will take that excuse and never develop the strength to ignore the negativity and develop a goal to accomplish things in their lives.
   
   I worked with a woman who came from Mexico. She had a strong accent and worked in McDonald's and avoided all the complainers she worked with who whined about low pay, ect. Her mentality was, "I am working for a highly successful company, where I can learn how to run my own business." She ended up opening her own businesses in California. She is highly successful, but, her children are poor victims.
   
   Unfortunately, instead of learning from their mother, they have fallen into the liberal propaganda, let's face it, its easier, and you have company.  These kids were born in the United States, yet they call themselves, Mexican. They are always talking about how they are discriminated against, their mother, who actually sounds Mexican, states, "I was never discriminated against, but her kids enjoy their free pass to why they can't get an education. 
   
   If a young black person has low self esteem, which most young people do, it is easier to have an excuse and point the finger at someone for your own shortcomings than it is to go out there and try.

   Prolific writer, singer and songwriter Lloyd Marcus, the Tea Party Movement’s most prominent African American said,
   "... As a common sense thinking black conservative, I offer a clarion call to fellow black Americans, “Stop the insanity!” Why do you continue sleeping with the enemy; voting for liberal Democrats whose policies imply that you are inferior, stupid and culturally immoral?"
   
   When the NAACP and Democrats claim that requiring a photo ID disenfranchises blacks, blacks should be insulted by this absurd claim. Do blacks fly? Do blacks drive cars? Do blacks cash checks?
   
   Same when Democrats and liberals accept over 70% out-of-wedlock births and fatherless households as a cultural norm in the black community
   
   Liberal Democrats policies and programs have destroyed the black family and continue to devastate the black community. Meanwhile, blacks vote monolithic for Democrats and politically beat up anyone, black or white, who offers common sense solutions
   
   Blacks becoming successful the old fashioned way, by earning it, does not cut it with Democrats and liberals. Liberal media and Democrats grab such uppity blacks by their afros and politically drag their black derrieres kicking and screaming back to the liberal Democrat plantation. There, such blacks are strung up in the public square with their naked backs exposed; made an example for any other conservative leaning blacks contemplating their escape.  calling them a stupid n*****, Uncle Tom and traitor to their race.
   
   Black race-baiters typically use Black History Month and Martin Luther King Day to trash America for purposes of extortion.
   
   If blacks could stop having babies out of wedlock, stop dropping out of school, stopping killing each other, stop blaming whitey and assume personal responsibility for their lives this would be true Black Empowerment.
   
   If these so-called advocates truly gave a hoot about blacks, they would celebrate extraordinary black conservative achievers such as former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and businessman extraordinaire Herman Cain. And yet, these blacks are despised by white liberals and black civil rights leaders. Why? In a nutshell these blacks nuke the Democrats and liberals entitlement and big government narrative.
   
   So while black America believes white conservative Republicans are burning the midnight oil plotting ways to keep blacks down, Democrats and liberals are the ones keeping them enslaved!

   Hi there!
   
   The phrasing of your question is curious. You address it to black conservatives and/or Republicans.
   
   Then you ask them to discuss ways in which Democrats and/or liberals "impair, fail, and even destroy the Black mindset and community."
   
   Does this mean that the black mindset and community is, say, naturally or rightfully "conservative and/or Republican"? Is the Democratic Party and/or liberalism an invasive, alien presence in the black mindset and community?
   
   Doesn't your question presuppose political monolithic-ism on the part of the "black community"? I'd hate to think you were calling for a single party to govern us.
   
   If, by chance, liberals and the Democratic Party are not evil incarnate, after all, then they may not be deliberately setting out to "impair, fail, and even destroy the Black mindset and community."
   
   What's more (and this might be a stretch, from your perspective), liberals and Democrats might actually---though by accident, surely---do something good, positive, and constructive for the black mindset and community, as well as the United States of America as a whole.
