Why is so difficult for people to be nice or even pleasant to one another?
I want to explore the reasoning and motivation behind people's action and try to work out why it is so difficult for some people to be nice to each other. Why is this so difficult.
These are learned behaviors, each generation becomes worst then the last. More is the theme now, more money, more cars, more men or women and it does not matter who gets mistreated to get it.
I also feel it is because many people no longer have a parent raising them that can correct or punish them so they act as they wish.
The answer is simple, Human Nature.
The bible is filled with stories of human nature. Authors like Shakespeare excel in writing about human nature.
There is a similarity to the story about the scorpion and the frog, and human nature.

Is there a way to curb unscrupulous behavior in adults?Legislation just doesn't do the trick, and (in my opinion) it's wrong to lock someone up for doing something immoral (that doesn't hurt anyone, at least.) It seems the only other option is education, but even then it's hit or miss.
