What are the ways that lower socioeconomic class parents(lower, working & lower middle class) who

WILLFULLY have children in America should be classified as child abusers, fully aware that their children won't ever have the myriad educational & socioeconomic opportunities as their upper middle & upper class peers?

Many social workers from middle class backgrounds can't distinguish between poverty and neglect. If the kids are properly fed, supervised and cared for but the family doesn't have much, it is poverty but not neglect - but it may still be labelled as such because the social workers assume if the kids don't have more, it is neglect.
You see something similar when there is the assumption that if you don't pay for several hundred dollars of kid activities from sports to gymnastics to enrichments, you're neglecting the child, ignoring that reading to them and family discussions over the dinner table and board games are just as good - and for free.

Well it is NEGLECT when parents can't afford to provide cultural & intellectual activities for their children!
