    When was America great?

"Make America great again," as we know, is Trump's slogan.  Do you think America was great to begin with?  What period of American history is that?

The United States of America is great. We still have room for improvement, but who doesn't? Much attention has been given to our country in its early days of formation and our declaration of independence. We have improved over the years and will continue to do so. We have to have faith and all pitch in for this to be .

Wow, you still think that our country is great even today, can you give some specifics on that opinion.

The 1940s through the 1950s, and it started to go down in the 60s with the escalation in Vietnam.
Before 1940 not so great and after the late 1960s we started the long but continuous decline that culminated in hitting bottom in 2008. After 2008 we are skipping along the bottom like a bird with a broken wing.
    Just my opinion.

America was great before it became known as The United States of America, has remained great until this day and will continue great into the far distant future. People from around the world come here seeking a better way of life than they have experienced elsewhere. What other proof does one need to see the abiding greatness of America?

So you are saying that the USA of the 1950s is here today. What examples can you give to show that viewpoint?
