U.S. Appeals Court revives suit over Hillary Clinton's emails when SOS. Jail time?

She got through the election without being prosecuted but an appeals court has said that the email controversy is not over - that the FBI should continue to investigate her illegal handling of classified documents while Secretary of State.
Do you think she should be let off?
Do you think she should be pardoned?
Do you think the FBI should continue to look into her illegal handling of classified documents?
Comey, testifying in front of a Congressional hearing, stated that she lied at least 5 times during the FBI investigation while she was running for President.
    Should she be punished?

Hillary and the Clintons, nor anyone in the government no matter how high up they are should not be above the law.
Comey and the DOJ inferred an element of the law that she broke. That law was not a mens rea type crime. It gross negligence, and that doesn't require an intention. Comey admitted that Hillary clearly met the definition of the law for gross negligence. It intention was an element of her criminal activity, it would be called Treason.
