How to be positive in life?
You need to grateful for what you have. look forward to the future and not back. Be thankful to god. look at the good side as much as you can. don't spend a lot of time trying to change the things you can't. You change your life when you realize you can only change yourself. Strive to be better than you were yesterday and give yourself permission to make mistakes. Never give up, get up and show up. Show yourself the love you give to others. Oh and Life is too short to worry about what others think, as long as you live by kindness, love, and faith. All these will get through anything, even depression, all is possible with assistance from god.
