Was it right for Kenya's Supreme Court to nullify the country's presidential election ?
It was the right call. As long as there are fundamental discrepancies that can affect the outcome of the final result, then it is dutiful to nullify the election. It is a respectful gesture that says the power of the vote should not be manipulated to advantage a particular party/ideology.
